AI capability rarely lives in one place. It needs people in the executive team who can spot which AI bets are credible, people in the operations engine room who can shape policy and procurement, and people in delivery who can actually build, test and evaluate AI tools responsibly. We work across all three.
That includes AI maturity stocktakes for leadership teams, AI literacy for non-technical staff, applied training for product, policy and digital teams adopting AI tools, and technical practice for those who need it, including how to write your own evaluation criteria and assurance frameworks for the AI workflows your team is using.
Coaching on real work, not classroom theory.
Most training wears off in weeks. The team goes back to the work, the new vocabulary fades, the slides sit in a folder. We work the other way around: coaching on live decisions, embedded alongside the team, with enough time for new habits to settle in.
Engagements take whatever shape suits: short workshops, structured programmes, embedded coaches, one-to-one mentoring for senior leaders. The learning is tied to work the team is already doing.
